Rouleau’s Fire Station did double duty as Dog River's Fire Station in season three episode “The Littlest Yarbo,” when new firefighters Carol and David replaced the Dog River volunteer fire department, making Karen and Davis feel threatened about their status as the town’s protection.

In Corner Gas: The Movie, the fire station was an active participation in the quaintification of Dog River…until the fire department had to deal with a flaming police car.
